Information about commercial lease

Prices for the lease of the Summer Refectory and Winter Refectory in 2016:

Summer Refectory (photo and virtual tour here): 
1 hour CZK 13,000 - events
1 hour CZK 6,500 - preparation, dismantling and cleaning after event
flat fee for electricity CZK 3,000

Winter Refectory (photo here): 
1 hour CZK 11,000 - events
1 hour CZK 5,500 - preparation, dismantling and cleaning after event
flat fee for electricity CZK 1,500

Summer and Winter Refectory together: 
1 hour CZK 20,000 - events
1 hour CZK 10,500 - preparation, dismantling and cleaning after event
flat fee for electricity CZK 4,500
The prices are stated excluding VAT.

The time of the lease is limited - until 11 p.m.
A reservation fee of CZK 1,000 will be charged only if a contract is made.
The price of the lease of the Summer Refectory or Winter Refectory includes the background facilities shown in the map of the leased premises - position no. 12-17.

The employees of the legal department are authorised by the Abbot of the Strahov Monastery to act in legal matters of the monastery before courts and other authorities. The legal department keeps uniform property records and makes, amends and terminates lease agreements and similar contracts. It prepares and reviews draft contracts.
