Strahov Monastery offers for the visitor two separate tours:

Strahov Library and Strahov Picture Gallery (Abbey Tour)

Attention: The Strahov Picture Library is currently under reconstruction and closed until June 2024.

It is possible to purchase a separate ticket for each object. For details, please visit our website. Ticket office is located at the main gate into the monastery (for more information click here, ticket office is on the map number 1).

The Historical Halls, permanent exposition, Summer and Winter Refectory are still open for your visit. From April 12, 2024 you can also see a unique exhibition of the art of Emily and Zdeněk Miler during this Abbey Tour.

Currently the room with the rotating model is closed, where the reconstruction is underway. Other parts of the exhibition are accessible.
