Solemn Vespers to honor the nail of the Holy Cross
On Wednesday, September 13, on the eve of the Feast of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross, our community participated in the solemn vespers to honor the nail of the Holy Cross.

The vespers were led by the Bishop of České Budějovice, Vlastimil Kročil, and began at 5 PM in the Milevská basilica of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary. Our Strahov schola was invited to lead and accompany the vespers with choral singing. Believers from the surrounding area were also invited, and a significant number accepted the invitation.
